- The student’s conservatory, school level (middle or high), and graduation year
- The family contact details you choose (e‑mail, phone number, or both)
By submitting the form, you are allowing other CSArts‑SGV Parent Connect users to view this limited information so they can reach out about carpooling or social activities. Participation is always voluntary, and you remain in full control of what you share and with whom you follow up.
While the platform is intended for and promoted only to current CSArts‑SGV families, accounts are created by users themselves, which means someone outside the school community could sign up. Please use the same common‑sense precautions you would anywhere else:
- Verify the family/student through a quick phone call, video chat, or in‑person meeting
- Choose a public place for the first hand‑off or get‑together
- Trust your instincts—only proceed if you feel comfortable
